Negative Visualization

It is possible to appreciate what we have in life by doing negative visualizations.

Think of something in your life, e.g. your job, a family member, health, etc., and meditate about losing them in some way or another. You will find it comforting to come back to reality and it will help you realize how lucky you are.

To avoid getting depressed or in a bad mood, do this only for very short periods. From a few seconds to maybe a couple of minutes.
